Every person at Sedamyl has access to specific training courses relating to their roles. Employees are also required to undergo cross-departmental training on crucial topics such as safety, quality and food safety.

Our Road to Zero Accidents project has been put in place with the aim to fully implement a pro-active mindset when it comes to workplace safety. Building upon existing good practice whilst strengthening key areas requiring improvement, this programme targets zero accidents at Group level based on a three-year plan.
