High maltose glucose syrup

SEDAMALT is our purified, gluten-free and concentrated aqueous solution of nutritive saccharides obtained by hydrolysis of starch. It is characterised by a high maltose content (>40%). It is a clear, viscous liquid with a sweet, odourless taste.

Main features

  • Glucose syrup with high Maltose content ( 37-70% ). It acts as an anti-crystallizing agent and improves the structure of the finished product.

High DE glucose syrup

SEDAPLUS is our purified, gluten-free and concentrated aqueous solution of nutritive saccharides obtained by hydrolysis of starch. It is characterised by a high dextrose equivalent (DE). It is a clear, viscous liquid with a sweet, odourless taste.

  • High dextrose equivalent (DE) Glucose Syrup (50 -75) rich in dextrose (28-56%) and maltose (21-57%). It is used to improve body and texture, to enhance flavour, as an anti-crystallizing agent, and to balance sweetness of food formulations.

Low DE glucose syrup

SEDAVISC is our purified , gluten-free and concentrated aqueous solution of nutritive saccharides obtained by hydrolysis of starch. It is characterised by a high polysaccharides content. It is a clear, viscous liquid with a sweet, odourless taste.

  • Dextrose equivalent (DE) levels between 29 and 42. It is used as a bulking agent, to improve texture, to prevent crystallization and replace sucrose.

SEDASWEET is our glucose-fructose syrup. It is a purified , gluten-free and concentrated aqueous solution of nutritive saccharides and is characterised by a low fructose (<10 %) content. It is a clear, viscous liquid with a sweet, odourless taste.

  • Glucose syrup with 9% fructose (F9). It combines the sweetness of fructose with the properties of other sweeteners to improve stability, act as an anti-crystallizing agent, extend shelf life, lower freezing point, enhance flavour and balance sweetness.

  • Dextrose content >82%. It is used as a sweetener to replace sugar, to improve texture, to add colour, and to improve crispiness and crunchiness.
