High maltose glucose syrup
SEDAMALT is our purified and concentrated aqueous solution of saccharides obtained by hydrolysis of starch. It is characterised by a high maltose content (>40%). It is a clear, viscous liquid.

- Thanks to its high Maltose content it is mainly used as viscosity and drying regulator.

High dextrose glucose syrup
SEDADEX is our purified and concentrated aqueous solution of saccharides obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of starch. It contains primarily dextrose. It is a clear, viscous liquid.
Main features
- Thanks to its high Dextrose content it is mainly used for its elasticities properties and humididy control capabilities in solutions.
