In Sedamyl ogni persona può seguire corsi di formazione specifici in base al proprio ruolo. Inoltre, tutti i dipendenti devono partecipare a corsi comuni su temi fondamentali come sicurezza, qualità e sicurezza alimentare.

È stato quindi avviato un nuovo percorso di Sicurezza, denominato Road to Zero Accidents, con l'ambizioso obiettivo di implementare pienamente una mentalità proattiva in materia di sicurezza sul lavoro. Basandosi su tutte le nostre attuali buone pratiche e rafforzando al contempo le aree chiave che necessitano di miglioramenti, questo programma mira a raggiungere l'obiettivo di zero incidenti a livello di Gruppo sulla base di un piano triennale.
